Membership

Thank you for your interest in the Butler County Real Estate Investors Association. The membership, trustees, and officers of BCREIA are excited about your interest in our Association. Our meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Your decision to join us could be the single most important investment decision you’ll make this year- a decision to invest in your financial education and future.

Butler County REIA is a non-profit organization dedicated to the education and development of its membership. Our Membership Education Meeting is but one of the many benefits to belonging to BCREIA. During each meeting you can expect to hear speakers who focus on issues related to investing and being a professional housing provider. You will also have the opportunity to hear from local Vendor Sponsors and to network with fellow investors in the area. Talking with the experienced investors can save you much time and money and many headaches. Other benefits of membership include a monthly newsletter. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO OWN PROPERTY TO BE A MEMBER.

As a Butler County REIA member, you are invited to attend any of the Cincinnati and or Dayton Real Estate Investment Association Meetings. They offer additional training with national speakers.

For 2023 the Board of Directors of BC REIA has agreed to contribute $5 of individual members' annual dues payment to the OREIA Political Action Committee (PAC). OREIA PAC makes contributions to selected state and local political candidates. If you do not want to participate in this contribution, contact Karen Wessel at ButlerCountyrREIA@gmail.com and she will see that the funds are directed to the OREIA Legal Defense Fund
